Domestic/International Tours

  • Child and Adult Rates: Children are under 11 years old. Anyone 11 and older is an adult.
  • Hotel Check-In/Out: Check-in at 2 PM, check-out at 12 PM.
  • Non-Refundable Fees: Visa fees and flight tickets (both ways) are non-refundable.
  • Flight Changes: Once issued, changing an airline ticket will incur penalty charges.
  • Coach Restrictions: In some cities, coaches have restrictions. The tour manager and driver will do their best to drop you as close to the attractions as possible.
  • No Refunds for Unforeseen Events: We can't refund expenses due to events beyond our control (like flight cancellations, bad weather, natural disasters, etc.).
  • Tour Changes or Cancellations: We may postpone or cancel tours for any reason. If we do, you'll get a full refund, but no other compensation.
  • We will be providing all necessary documents during this visit.Itinerary Changes: We may change the tour itinerary due to unavoidable circumstances. No refunds or claims for compensation will be entertained for such changes.
  • Single Travelers: If you're traveling alone without family, you'll share a room. If no one is available to share, a single supplement charge applies.
  • Tariff Changes: The tour price may change due to rate changes before departure.
  • Departure from Cochin: Unless stated, tours start from Cochin. If you board from elsewhere, you’ll pay any fare difference and extra costs like transfers and hotel stays.
  • Group Size: Tours are based on a minimum of 30 passengers. If fewer people join, the cost, meal plan, vehicle, and services may change, and the difference will be charged to you.
  • Hotel Accommodation: Hotels are booked on a twin-sharing basis, and the third bed is usually a roll-away mattress. Facilities depend on various factors, including weather and local systems.
  • Third-Party Services: We don't control airlines, coaches, ships, hotels, or local transport. We aren’t responsible for delays or service issues provided by these third parties.
  • Airline Seats: Once reserved, airline seats can't be changed. You must travel with the seat provided by the airline.
  • Travel Documents: Collect tickets, visas, and other documents from Soman’s Leisure Tours' offices after full payment. We won't send them by courier.
  • Damage Responsibility: You must pay for any damage to hotel rooms or coaches during your stay. Soman’s Leisure Tours isn’t responsible for these charges.
  • No Refunds for Unused Services: No refunds for unused services like meals, sightseeing, or flight delays/cancellations.
  • Liability: We aren't liable for any damage, loss, injury, accident, death, delay, or irregularity during the tour. Additional expenses due to delays or changes must be borne by you.
  • Visa Granting: Visa granting is at the discretion of the consulate. Visa fees and other related expenses aren't refundable if the visa is rejected or delayed. Personal interview costs are your responsibility.
  • Force Majeure: If a tour is canceled due to reasons beyond our control (e.g., a pandemic), the non-recoverable expenses will be kept as a credit for future bookings.
  • Online Payments: Refunds for online payments will be processed within 10 business days.

Reservation And Cancellation Policy

  • Once you confirm the package and dates of arrival, do inform respective executive. They will be sending an email with all details including our account number as well link to transfer advance through our website. Our website accepts all major credit and debit card where there will be an additional 2.5% card charges. Once you transfer advance booking will be initiated.
  • We check hotel availability and would inform you if any of the hotels selected is not available and will be giving other options with cost difference.
  • Once booking is completed you will receive Hotel voucher (This takes one to two week depends on rush as we need to get email confirmation from hotels before sending voucher).
  • Cab details will be forwarded through SMS one day prior to arrival.
  • On arrival (Only for Cochin pick up) you will be picked and will be taken to our Customer Relationship Centre where we love you meet you to discuss the package to make sure all commitments are clear between both of us and will be collecting balance payment.
  • This experience helps the entire package much smoother and to have a better relationship between us, you can do balance payment as Cash, DD, Net transfer, Credit or debit card, we do not accept cheque.
  • If you don’t want to visit us or if your arrival is not at Cochin, please inform in advance and should do balance payment before arrival.
  • We will be providing all necessary documents during this visit.
